Running For a Cause & the Fun of It
Vince Brown, Carrier Technician for the Murray Hill Post Office has a passion for giving back to his community.
Vince is a mentor for Team MOCA which is a running team that trains participants for the Gate River Run in Jacksonville, Florida.
When he takes his mentor hat off, you will find him running to support causes such as; Breast Cancer Awareness, Multiple Sclerosis and the March of Dimes.
When asked how he does it, Vince had this to say, “Running a 26.2 mile run is easy when you are doing it to find a cure or support a cause – just think about the results.”
Vince’s next event is in August. This time he is running just for fun!
