Good Service = Big Revenue

Niceville FL Customer Service Supervisor, Eileen Wittic, has been detailed into the position of Revenue Driver for MPOO 3 since December 2011.  During that time she has worked with many Postmasters, managers, craft employees and customers in order to help generate revenue for the USPS.

Recently, Eileen received this thank you letter from a customer after she landed an EDDM sale with Southeast Energy Systems which will bring the Postal Service an estimated annual revenue of $150,000. (Contributors Todd Smith and Lindy Green)

Dear Sirs:

My name is Ernie Burgess. I work for Dennis Foreman , owner of Southeast Energy Solutions.  I came to work for him in Dec. 2011.

At the time he had just met Mrs. Wittic who had introduced him to the EDDM program. She works out of the Niceville FL PO.

I am writing on behalf of Mr. Foreman and myself to let you know how invaluable her help has been to use. She has been the best customer service person we have ever dealt with. She virtually held my hand and walked me through every step of the program.

We have been using the program ever since, averaging 80-100 thousand pieces a month, and will continue to do so, thanks to Mrs. Wittic.
