Jacksonville FL Postmaster, Stephen Hardin, is very interested in improving the communication between the customer and the local post office. In an effort to do this, Mr. Hardin has began displaying a picture of the Station Manager, name and contact information for the customer.
Additionally, a suggestion/Grow Your Business box has been staged in all lobbies for the customers.
