Ocala hosts wellness seminar for employees

Ocala Post Office recently hosted a Safety and Health Seminar for the employees at the Main Post Office, Paddock and Maricamp Branches.  The guest physician, Dr. Nate Cox, D.C., from Back to Your Health Chiropractic, distributed healthy well-being pamphlets and discussed the importance of maintaining good healthy bodies and minds.  “It was a pleasure for Dr. Cox share with us valuable information about the preventative measures available to help us stay fit and avoid injuries,” stated Communications Ambassador Kimberly Sheffield.  The seminar was a success and motivated the employees to become more conscious and proactive in taking care of their health.
