Since beginning her postal career, Dolores Seuwin has always cherished the opportunity to accept positions with increasing levels of responsibilities to broaden her knowledge of the Postal Service and to improve the quality of service provided to our customers. When offered a detail assignment to Jacksonville FL, the “River City”, as Manager, Customer Service Operation, Ms. Seuwin wholeheartedly accepted.
